Hot Toys for Christmas 2011

LEGO’s has captured the minds and hearts of children for the past 70 years, and this year is no different with the popularity of it’s newest story line release, the Lego Ninjago series.  The Lego Ninjago Lightning Battle Dragon set is one of the hot toys for Christmas 2011.

LEGO Ninjago Costume for Kids

While Ninjago playsets and minifigures are fun, your child may want to take their imaginative play to a new level with a LEGO Ninjago Costume all of their own.  While there is not currently a licensed LEGO Ninjago costume beyond a red Ninjago Mask, there are a number of costumes available online that replicate the look and feel of the LEGO Ninjago Ninja Characters

Red Lego Ninjago Costume

Kai, the  Red Ninja of Fire, is one of the heroes of the Ninjago story line.  His costume includes a red hat and mask/headband, a red shirt and pants, with a black belt and sash.  His weapon is the Dragon Sword of Fire.

The red mask is the one officially licensed LEGO Ninjago costume items that are currently on the market.

While not an officially licensed Red Ninago costume, this red ninja costume from Ruby’s costumes is a reasonable facsimile of the one worn by Kai, the Red Ninja of Fire.

If you’d like to fully equip your aspiring ninja warrior with all the necessary accoutrements, there are several costume accessories and props available on the market.

Ninja LED Light Up Sword

  The Deluxe Ninja sword lights up via LED lights embedded in the sword.  They blink and your child’s play fight scenes can achieve gratifying realism with the motion activated clanging sounds.

The lights within the sword blade are blue and the handle is bejeweled with a red LED light.  The lights are powered by 3 AA batteries, which are included.
